Is it the same with raw pistachios shelled..(water...salt...200 degrees for 2 hour) on baking pan with foil

I have an orchard of 800 pistachio trees and no they arent poisonous to eat raw lol . They actually have a sweet taste raw and are better for you that way as nature intended that's why squirrels and birds love them too.
