Not just one multiple litigation on this road. Just go there on weekends and imagine the rush you have to go through on daily basis on these narrow roads on the entry. Builders charging you a bomb for infra which is not even there. Builders are smart and they include future appreciation of atleast 3-4 years in their pricing. Better to buy something which is in central kharadi not in some gram panchayat.
