I bought this truck to upgrade from my 2005 F250 and I can't wait to drive this new truck soon!!

Im guessing he'll find out why it totaled. He couldnt afford to pay a successful bodyman to fix that truck and he dont seem to know enough to do it himself. Im also guessing he'll have to put it on a frame machine to pull it enough to go back on the new frame,with that apron,shock tower and core support all fucked up. that truck is worth more parted out than with a rebuilt title.

Shock tower is a part of the frame on a truck so no idea what you are talking about straightening it when he will be using a new frame. The core support will either un bolt or is held on with spot welds which can be drilled out and replaced with a unbent piece and bolted or welded back in place like factory. Do you even know anything about what you are talking about because to me you don't know shit and are trying to look smart on youtube.

I worked with a man who did body and frame work for 40 years if that means I'm a hack ohh well but I know my shit is right and I'll put anyone of my family in it without a second thought.

I did the same thing to a 67 chevelle..it worked out really well...it was a good used frame..the car was like new..it was the first car i bought... A drunk dude hit me on the drivers side and bent both sides of the frame .. insurance company totaled the car..so i kept the car did all the work my self had a few friends help with lifting the body off the frame i changed everything they helped to replace the body back on the new frame..i'll never do it again..Cheers 🍻🍻🍻🇺🇸🇺🇸

Excited to see this build! I have a 17' f250 and it's been great. Did the dpf delete and tuned with GDP. I run the S&B intake, it comes with a battery box and swaps the location so the intake is up front for direct flow, I recommend that. And some nice LED bulbs are the supernova V3. Great pattern, clean light, and it doesn't blind people in oncoming traffic

Ford does sell frames, You may have to have a custom order made through your dealership. We had rust issues on our 2004 F-150's frame for the company.

6.0l owner here, I love it. I'd love to have a 6.7 but I can't stand the price. My 6.0 is fully bullet proofed, studded and tuned. Running about the same numbers a stock 6.7 is. Just don't have all the fancy stuff lol

The tow driver popped that trans shift cable under the truck when he towed it. I used to do it all the time when driving tow truck. Sometimes customer would forget to give me the keys, or maybe the electrical system was screwed up from an accident so trans wouldnt shift out of park (common in newer rigs). Instead of dragging their car tires screeching onto the back of the flatbed i would crawl under, pop the linkage, and take it out of park. Usually i hooked them back up though. This guy apparently did not. Lol. Nice rig

2017 lariat base sunroof was an option. lariat ultimate it was standard. no led lights means it is a lariate base. I purposely did not get the ultimate because I am too tall for the sunroof.

Idk if you looked at the steering wheel yet but you just need the bolt that Ford is using for the recall, the bolt you need is like an inch longer

Hmm.. I believe that truck IS a 176" wheelbase as that's the max length CCLB.. maybe you were looking at overall frame length vs wheelbase?
