Road the Dragon the First time in May and what a ride it is. Yes there are better roads but you have to ride it least once if not more. Seeing i am from Alberta Canada it might be a bit before I can get back

OMG 😲! I'm planning on going to the tail of the dragon this year. One of the best sounding bikes I've ever heard, great angles 👌🏽. I feel like I can take my Road Glide and still have fun! I was going to have to trailer my CBR1000RR. Now, the option to ride is open.

Love your videos. I own a road glide st just like i chose d&d because of your videos. Way louder than advertised lol. I have a fueling 472 and powervision tune done on my bike, makes upper 130’s in torque completely through the powerban. I hit the dragon today!
@maximorides Жыл бұрын
Thats awesome 😁 ive been wanting to go up to a stage 2. But ive decided to square away other parts on the bike. Not sure if it was a good choice🤣 that 130 torque would come in handy. Thank you for watching.

Yo, good on you for learning to lean over the tank in turns. I see so many Harley riders who counterlean their bike and it slows them down and makes a more dangerous ride for no reason. But you got yourself over that tank into the insides of the turn using some good body position. Same way I ride my Fat Boy. A tip so you can get even faster, Everytime you're about to tip into a turn, pull the ball/toes of your inside of the turn foot to the back of the floorboard and hang your leg out off the bike. It gets your back straighter and pushes you a bit more over the tank. Took me a while to learn to do that but it's how GP Riders handle their pegs in turns. You got skills. Did you come from Sport bikes?
@maximorides Жыл бұрын
Thank you for wacthing and deff thank you for that tip. Ima practice this alot when im able to start riding again😁 i did ride sport bikes before 😁 hopefully this year i can get a few more roads on video.

@@maximorides what are the specs for front and rear suspension.? For example, +2 in the front, 13” or 14” for the rear. Thanks!
@maximorides Жыл бұрын
@@adrianmontano371 so i have the rear ohlins which are 13, bu then added the kraus 1" spacer. The rear shocks also have some slight adjustment so i added that hieght also. So in total the rear is at 14.5". Front is stock height. I did it that way so could get quicker sterring. But debating if i should get it +2.
