Why he didnot accepted it, I dont know Because I am not Ranvijay Personal Assistant. After cracking the SSB interview, Indian Army will give you an Offer/Invitiation Letter to Join them and give a Final Deadline period for your Response. In between this Final Deadline, you have your Full Rights whether to Accept it or Not. Ranvijay Didnot accepted that Offer Letter. It is not Necessary that after Cracking SSB, you must have to Join.
