No, it would be "weaker" in comparison but still not weak. Weak and strong are terms opposite of eachother but here all contestants are selected because of their strength. All of them are somewhat suitable, strong in a way and equal that's why in competition. While thousands of others who give audition each year and doesn't get selected it means, they lack alot (unless there's some real unfairness). So in comparison you can have stronger, or strongest of all similarly weakest in comparison too but not in a real sense weak.

Amd if you have seen the old Roadies, you'll know who are Zaid, Amritpal, Mohit, Suchit, Kiri, Ayushman Khurana, Ashutosh, Nihal, Kiri, Nauman, Sufi, Natasha, Meghna, Anthony, Pooja, Anamika, Rupali, Anirudh, etc. and then you'll realise what Roadies is about.
