It would be really interesting if you shared your up-to date perspective and best practices on local development of containerized applications(Java Spring-powered microservices). Should I build Docker images with Docker locally or use Buildpacks or something else? Should I run containers locally using Docker runtime with Docker CLI only or should I use docker-compose or even run Kubernetes locally? If the latter is true, what's the best way to run it, using Kind clusters, Minikube, is KNative is still a thing? How about Kustomize/Helm, are these still relevant? Kubernetes ecosystem is evolving by the day, hard to keep up with its pace...

we have 2400+ on 19 clusters and now have some issue on our network.. we have 25Gi switches and separate VLANS from time to time we have problem with coredns we scal and and resources to coredns but from time to time we have name resoulution problem.. hardvare is not a issue 1400vcore 32 phisical dell r640 and 3TB RAM and as HCI vsphere with VSAN 280TB NVME storage
