Is it a public road? The road from Fv 103 up to Kjeåsen? Hilsen Achim

It's not a public road, but everyone can use it. Because the road and the tunnel is very narrow it's regulated. Every hour the road opens for traffic up, and every half hour it's open for traffic down. www.fjordnorway.com
