We moved to the area 4yrs ago and we love Gonzales , the People, the food, the history and the slower pace of life here. We found it sort of by accident and have thoroughly enjoyed it.

I’m surprised as to all I see in this video. My grandmother and mom lived there. They are both gone now. I visit every year, but to be honest I never see the all the things they have to offer, ie. tours, restaurants etc. The town is usually quiet and not much going on until Come and Take it Day weekend celebration. I guess I’ve missed a lot there in all my 67 years
