I'm sorry but I'm not someone that is so hung up on what color someone's eyes or hair is in the book as opposed to the movie. It's all about the love shared between to very young adults and the story of how they went thru trials and tribulations in order to stay in love. The part about when she gave him up and the preacher started preaching about sacrifice at the same time. It was beautiful. Give me a like if that part really hit home as well.

They changed so many things. Movie is nothing like book, im disappointed.
