Roadside Swarm of Honeybees

Today we were just riding our motorcycles down a country road in Wilkes County, NC, when Roy spotted a swarm of honeybees right beside the road. Here's a short video of what we saw.

Spring has made it here to SE MI zone 5. Apples are in bloom to raise brood. It will be another month before I get to check my bees up in zone 5-4. It's still snowing up there. Gotta makes 15 Lazutin frames for this years new hive.

We've had an amazing and early swarm season down here in the South. We've never caught bees so early. Hope it goes well for you. Good luck up there!
