Where do the 2 yellow wires on the back of the light hook up to?

Did the light come with the strobe or did you have to buy a strobe modulator elsewhere and install it to this light. That's what i'm looking at doing currently. Doesn't seem too difficult, but Clear Alternatives is either no longer in business or at the very least, no longer making this tail light for the Road Star. I found another company that makes these tail lights and the one for the Road Star has been discontinued. However, on Ebay, you can find these for a good price, claiming to be from
