How much does the chassis way on average? Looks heavy :)

Frickin’ loud in there! I can’t believe they literally grind every inch of the chassis. Might look into a beadblast or laser ablation finishing step to save labor and possibly cost. I did some work for Clevite bearings back in the day and they spent $1200/day on flap disks polishing the coil after the Sn/Pb coating. We priced out a $700k laser ablation machine that would do the same job and had a 2 yr payback then profit thereafter.

What size MiG wire do you use to make the frame rails, Frame rails 10 gauge thickness? Thanks
