Even tho this video is about 8 years old, the TIG welder, work of art stacking those dimes. In TIG class I could do maybe 5 or 6 then got so excited that I ‘done good’ then screwed up the rest!

Mig is just as good for this and much faster, keeping man hours lower and prices down. Have a look at a robot weld they dont do dimes, each one is a stress point.

Might want to do a cross section of the frame since there is welds on all for corners of the boxed frame rail. That's a lot of heat input to the basemetal and higher risk of forming porosity and residual stresses vs having a standard box tube. Example at 3:50 in the video.
