Hi guys, we’ve just watched this video, and realised that we saw you at CT. Adam, you took our photo for us at the World globe. We LOVE CT. We’ve been there twice now. Hi King Deano and Adam! We’ve just watched this episode and we both thoroughly enjoyed it! Actually we were disappointed when it finished. Adam youre doing a great job with all of the driving. We also enjoyed hearing more from Adam and feel that he should have more of a verbal presence on the channel. Now we’ll have to find the next video. When I said that we were disappointed that the Cairns to Nowra video ended and that it left us wanting more, that was in no way a complaint and we werent hinting that it should have been longer lol. It was us saying that we enjoyed it so very much and when it finished it left us wanting more. About Adam being on camera more? We just thought that it was lovely seeing Adam smiling and laughing the way he was. He looked like a real natural on camera. We’d NEVER expect him to push himself past his comfort level. It was purely a compliment from us. Youre a good man Deano in that you protect your man and thats exactly how life should be. So Leigh and Kristin not putting videos up would be a reason that we’ve not come across them. I would imagine that its very time consuming getting out episodes and we dont blame them stepping back from the camera for a break. Good on them. Thank you again for your time and effort in keeping us all entertained. See you in your next video and Deano please give our love to Adam and Twylla (am I spelling her name correctly?) 😊

Charters Towers has REALLY changed since I was last there, I’d love my dad to see it, he was a Longreach lad but played footy in his younger days against all those towns, he told my brother and I lots of history on Central and Western Queensland. Adam you don’t dodge cane toads in fact you aim for them, each one is 10 points, add the score at the end of the trip. Horrible things they are, Twyler would not be safe around them. I so hate that drive, you’re right it’s a long way between towns and dangerous on the roads at night, roos, done that drive so many times when we lived in Darwin. Boring. My grandfather was born in Emerald. Good free camp under the bridge but not when you get in late. You’re just near my brother at Basin View. That was a great video, thanks guys. Oh just had a thought, if you ever go mad and decide to live in Outback Queensland you should start up a bakery, it appears not many out there. See you through the week, stay safe, cuddles for Twyler. 🥰

So happy we could take you on this very long long long drive back towards home. Also glad we can bring back some memories. We are such Victorians not running over those cane toads. 🐸 definitely think you’re right with that point system. In the future if we travel to these places we definitely will have to take into consideration having. Twyla with us. I’ve got a feeling she would think the cane toads were her chew toy. Great video, very informative. I mentioned to my partner that the coral sea looked a little like Vanuatu when i was there a few years ago. Starting to miss Twyla...hope we get to see her soon!

U went the highway inland... Thanks for showing Roma as my mum was born there over 90yrs ago...Chaterstowers... My Grandfather ..owned the Garage, Car Dealership and the General Store plus He built his house and it is still standing also the family was the first ti have an Icebox and everone came around to ses it...he retired in his 40's... I remember he used to tell us that he used to put his overalls in the corner of the garage and due to all the sweat it used to stand up by itself..no washing in those days... If I went they still know the family name up there... I must get back there one day...nice drive... So is Adam a bird killer...mmmmm❤😂❤😂❤😂 Can't wait to see next weeks trip...😢😢😢

Hi Michelle, really really enjoyed doing this episode and yes it was very tiring driving all that way but Adam was happy to do it. Adam doesn’t like driving manual and that’s what our van is so every trip we’ve done pretty much in three years I have driven. So let’s just say Adam is making up for it. lol 😂 I have to meet. He’s very good at driving long distance. I would’ve had to stop every three hours for a break. We had good weather up there but then the rain followed us down. Charters towers is not the 2nd biggest city in Queensland, Townsville is. I think it was during goldrush times. Ive seen those murals did nor realise mosaic. Going there tomorrow so will have to look closer. No lyre birds in North Queensland guys.
