Lake turkana is shared by two counties, turkana county and marsabit county and for your information the biggest part of the lake is in marsabit county.

Your in marsabit county not Turkana county , lake turkana wind power is located in marsabit county, and loiyangalani is also in marsabit county you didn't cross to turkana county do some research before you post.
