..hi Lee, Shannon and Lux....nice haul!...thanks for bringing us along.....

Thanks for the ride along. Poor Lux is doomed for life. My theory on popping out-of-staters: shows the locals the cops are working hard and it doesn't alienate said locals. Carl, TX

Thanks for letting your extended family along! Sorry for the ticket. Money much better spent on car stuff. ;)

Wow - that was like Sugar Mountain to a five year old! So much yummy early iron and tidbits - that Panel truck just after the '33 - '34 Coupe was cool. Hey Lux - I couldn't have said it better myself!

Awesome road trip and swap meet finds, Shannon and lux seemed to have a good time finding those treasures, Thank for the ride, always fun. Cheers.

Cool swap ! Dig that you show what you bought and WHAT YOU PAY FOR THE TREASURES ! I watch these and folks rarely say what they pay like it's a national security risk 😆 👍 Don't forget about Jefferson swap (100 acres ) & Iola swap (200 acres ) in Wisconsin ! Keep Cruzin' ! Great show 👍

Portland is great. Found lots of cool spots. Everyone talks about the homeless, but it’s just as bad in Victoria. Like living among a zombie apocalypse

New to your channel... So glad to see PIR thru your eyes,.. I've been a vendor at PIR for over 10 years .... The way you took your time and pick is the way to find the deals... I especially loved seeing you making it a family weekend trip. I look forward to more of your channel

Thanks for posting the swap meet content, actually good to see there’s still decent stuff to be bought at a fair price. Australian swaps are mostly filled with overpriced parts and/or total garbage these days, tho the odd bargain pops up occasionally.
@LGKustoms3 ай бұрын
Oh there is tons of over priced stuff here too. I just don’t buy it. Or glorify it. I saw two other sets of 32 garnish moldings here. One vendor was $1500 and not complete. The other vendor was $1250. The ones I bought were $75 for four.

Thanks for the swapmeet video. The expo swap has shrunk to almost half I would say. That whole lower parking lot where I think you parked your truck was chock full of booths 10 or 15 years ago. I missed it this year unfortunately but glad to see it still on.

The buildings were also only half full. The race track didn’t have many empty stalls

I too just found your channel. Really like your truck and thanks for taking me along. I really enjoyed the video. The drive was great and the swap meet was nice also. I live in Maryland and only two hours away from Hershey and about the same from Carlisle. I've never been to the Hershey swap meet, I was told they have mostly very early stuff. But I do go the the Carlisle swap meet every spring and fall. I was trying to decide if I wanted to drive to Carlisle in two weeks for the swap meet and now after watching your video you inspired me to go, so thanks!

Why wouldn’t you go?! Swap meets are great! Glad I inspired you! Haha

Love the Portland swap meet. it seems prices are a bit higher there, but still a lot of fun!
@LGKustoms3 ай бұрын
Prices seem to be high everywhere. It’s rare to find a running/driving car for under $10k these days.

Haha he has a midget racer at home!
@internalcombustion6413 ай бұрын
Well that sucks about the ticket, 15 over around here seems to be the norm but I guess that's 24 KPH which would probably get you a ticket here as well. Did Portland swap meet in 1984 rented a Hyundai Pony which was new to Canada that yr and drove from Delta BC so much cool stuff back then and cheap especially by todays price standards.

He was sitting right after the sign when the speed drops from 60 to 45 coming in to some small town. Can file that under CS for chicken shit.

I've been wanting to try Frugal's, but not so much now. Did you say Fat Smitty's at Discovery Bay is the place to go? Sorry to see you got a souvenir from WSP 😢. Ah, the good ole Dancin' Bare next to Paul Bunyan. The Saturday of this post Victoria looks socked in!
