Started seeing your older vids great content, I’m building a rig for a 30 day trip to Alaska next year, we’re preparing mentally and physically ,lifting weights and running, I worked for the US Forrest service , wild land fire fighting as a deuce with a Colorado EMT, just wondering if you guys prepare yourselves mentally and physically before your expeditions
