You can learn a bit more about all the fatui harbingers, if you have tartaglia/wanderer/arlencchino. By leveling up their friendship high enough, you can unlock their voice line about the other harbingers (each harbingers having different voice line about what they think of others). So it'll give you a bit of knowledge about who are they😊

The guy you thought is Neuvillette is actually the leader of the harbingers, Pierro, also known as the Jester. Also, something that is not clearly specified here but is very important (and let me clarify, this is NOT a spoiler at this point), the reason why Scaramouche isn’t there isn't that he's still on a mission, it's because he defected from the Fatui after taking the electro gnosis so they literally don't know where he is or what he's planning, hence why they talk about him "making his next move". again this is not specified in this short because it was mentioned in an event after the Inazuma archon quest where Childe was sent to Inazuma to track down Scaramouche but was unsuccessful.

So to fill in some gaps for you. This is all information we had at the time of release, and you can hunt down in game. A lot of fatui lore is covered in the Pale Flame artifact set. (Released in 1.5). The leader of the Fatui is Pierro. (You can see everyone's names and VA's in the video description). Singora is a title. (All the fatui harbinger titles comes from the Commedia dell'arte, a set of Italian stage shows that use a base set of characters). Her real name is Rosalyne-Kruzchka Lohenfalter. She's a Mondstatter who went to study at the Akademiya in Sumeru. While she was there, her lover, back in Mondstat was killed in the cataclysm. She was enraged, and turned herself in the Crimson Witch of Embers (see: Crimson Witch of Flame artifact set), and set about burning all the monsters from the cataclysm. She was then saved by Pierro, head of the fatui harbingers, and the Tsaritsa froze her flames). That's why she starts as ice and turns to fire in her boss fight. A lot of people have analyzed the chess board, and the board is from a real match. It's based on the first match chess world champion, Gary Kasparov, and Deep Blue in 1996. It was the first time a computer beat a chess world champion under tournament conditions.

Something really significant that a lot of new players won’t get to experience about this trailer was the timing of its release. If you were all up-to-date with everything, Signora died at the end of the Inazuma Archon Quest and Scaramouche left with the Electro Gnosis in version 2.1. In 2.2, we had an event where Childe was in Inazuma because Scaramouche did not return to Snezhnaya with the Gnosis and had basically gone rogue, as far as we knew. Around this time, HoYo snuck in the secret Shuumastuban quest that ended with a group of Fatui discussing Arlecchino, which I think was one of the first times we had heard that name (there’s more to this as well, but that’s for later). Then came another Character quest (which you haven’t done yet) which mentioned another Fatui Harbinger. And then right before the version 2.8 update (pre-Sumeru), this video dropped. If you had been fighting Signora every week, you knew the music was about Signora even before the Moth came on screen. Then, we got to see all the Harbingers (sans Scaramouche) gathered in one place for a funeral that ends with them renewing their resolve in their plan. We also learned that Scaramouche was STILL missing with the Electro Gnosis AND that Il Dottore (The Doctor) was most likely the Harbinger we’d be facing in Sumeru. It was quite the shock in the community at the time. (Catching up on videos after a week off).

Rosalyne Lohefalter Krzuchka..also goes by the title of "La Signora" the Fair Maiden/Lady, harbinger number 8 of the Fatui. She in her capacity as Harbinger, successfully obtained two gnosis for her majesty, snatched one from the winds and made deal for the other with the Geo lord himself. Her efforts also lead to Balladeer to obtain the third Gnosis. In respect of her duty and her sacrifice, her majesty The Tsaritsa, bestowed upon her, Burial by Ice, where her body(ashes? idk) rests for all Eternity. PS so far we don't know if there is any other significance to her being encased upon layers upon layers of ice, but for me it just feels like if any harbinger were to die, Tsaritsa would personally freeze the mausoleum. Its like how bodies are preserved using ice for the time the family and friend of the deceased take to travel to see them one last time before the burial. In her case, its an eternal preservation and burial. It almost feels like a very personal thing that Tsaritsa would do only for the highest ranking members of her nation..some sort of royal honor. Btw encased upon layers upon layers of ice, could also be a hint towards her own true self. As encasing heart in ice is often associated with "not having or killing your emotions"(aka cold hearted), and signora's current demeanour is much different than what it was. I highly recommend you to read the artifact lore, in Pale Flame, Crimson Witch of Fire artifact sets. Crimson witch of fire is her story as you would expect from the name, and pale flame talks about a lot of people, (the old man in the video that you are calling neuvilette), dottore, and signora too. They are worth a read

Fun fact you can learn quite a bit about few of them at this point already from various flavour text, particularly Artifact sets Crimson Witch Artifact set was about Signora as you know by now Pale Flame Artifact set is about at least four of them Husk of opulent dreams is about Scara Bloodstained chivalry is suspected to be about Capitano 2:46 honestly i highly recommend reading Artifact sets even more then books. the only issue is that you'd have to use your resin to get them in the archives 😅

the grvave is signoras. Her real name was rosalyne before she became a fatui. Idk if u put the dots together or not but signora was the crimson witch of flames that killed a lot of monsters 500 years ago when khaneirah was destroyed. Signora used to live in mondstat and had a lover. she went to study in sumeru and when she came back the cataclysm(khaneriah destruction) started. due to the cataclysm somehow monsters were unleashed everywhere in tevyat and those monsters killed signoras lover when he went to fight. signora ( then rosalyne) grew super angry and used her magic to turn herself to liquid flame and kill all monsters at the expense of her life. The jester ( first fatui harbinger shown in the trailer) found her and gave her a snow delusion to cool down her flames and then told her to join the fatui. hence she became La signora.

To put a name to all the Harbingers for you I'll name them from left to right in the scene @7:09 Il Capitano (The Captain), Ranked #1 strongest of the Harbingers. He is the strongest Human in all of Teyvat. -Sandrone (The Marionette), Ranked #7. She is responsible for all the Kathrynes throughout Teyvat. -Pulcinella (The Rooster), Ranked #5. He's a Mayor in Snezhnaya. -Columbina (Damselette), Ranked #3. Not much is known about her currently just theories. -Pierro (The Jester). He is the "Leader" of the Harbingers (aside from the Cryo Archon, The Tsarista herself) -Tartaglia (Childe), Ranked #11. You know him already. -Arlecchino (The Knave) Ranked #4. Can't say much about her without spoiling later quests. -Pantalone (The Regrator) Ranked #9. He's the head of the banks in Snezhnaya. -Dottore (The Doctor) Ranked #2. You've read about him in the manga some. Just know he is the scum of the earth. Even the other Harbingers hate him for his methods. -La Signora (The Fair Lady/The Crimson Witch) Ranked #8. Those are all fatui harbingers. Yes, this is signora's funeral. Rosalyn is her actual name. The old guy is not Neuvilette. He is the first fatuus, the director of the Harbingers, named Pierro, code name The Jester. You can see the harbingers names on the video's descriptions. If you remember the unreconciled quest (the meteor quest with mona and fischl) where we see scaramouche for the first time, he said something about the mission he received from The Jester. That is Pierro. However we still don't know what is the "old world" that Pierro is talking about. The community has some theories of it. Also, the chess board is important. To give you a hint, the chess board is based on the Deep Blue VS Garry Kasparov (1996). Deep Blue was an AI and this particular board is where the AI beat the human player.

The original chinese term for Vision can have a literal translation of "Eye of God". And the original chinese term for Gnosis can have a literal translation of "Heart of God". All fatui harbingers don't use their real names. They have something like a code name and a title. For example: tartaglia-code name, childe-title(ajax- real name); il dottore-code name, the doctor-title; arlecchino-code name, the title wasn't mentioned in game for you i think so i won't say what it is. It would be cool if you could google their code names and try to remember them because they will start mentioning them soon and you can get them mixed up. Also you can listen to childe's and scara's voicelines about harbingers to get to know them better. I could write a bit about them(not spoilers) , but i don't know if you want to hear it now or not Also all code names are Commedia dell'arte characters(Commedia dell'arte was an early form of professional theatre, originating from Italian theatre, that was popular throughout Europe between the 16th and 18th centuries. A special characteristic of commedia is the lazzo, a joke or "something foolish or witty", usually well known to the performers and to some extent a scripted routine. The characters of the commedia usually represent fixed social types and stock characters, such as foolish old men, devious servants, or military officers full of false bravado.
