Cracking field of finds 👌 that little mother of pearl button with the slot on the back, lost its little metal loop usually pokes out the hole. Great condition romans 👍

Its strange how some days are like that and others are duds, its a huge field so there a lot to explore but even with it being previously rallied, theres still loads left to find!

I dont think it is, it looks too decorative for that. It could well be scrap as theres alot of rubbish in there too.

Do you take metals you don't find suitable for saving for historic finds to recycling places? Be happy with what you find. That button can give you information about the maker.
