Hi a newb hammer ele here, started last night. I am doing full marauder armor and commander trinkets. Trying to focus on power instead of condi. Do you think condi on hammer is too good to ignore?

Correct me if I'm wrong, in the beginning weaver hammer, your build was earth arcane weaver and you opted heavily into shields right? Cuz I love hammer weaver, but I usually go air water weaver, to get more healing and cleansing and air is just a lot of damage and helps me juggle the elements better getting to 4 and 5 faster if I really need them.

@@AchillasBlack indeed! On hammer I don't like any other combo if I'm using weaver. It's great with stone heart! However as you saw, it lacks stun resistance and heavy cleave on the count of having short legs :)

Whats your experience with healing power? Is it even worth trying to scale up? Or takes to much focus to be worth it.

Completely and utterly useless on hammer anything except weaver. In generally, a bit shit honestly. It's best to look at all of your sources of healing, passive and active, and how frequent you can activate them and look up their healing coefficients on the wiki. It's usually better to just go for vit and toughness since resetting fights for hp regen is a thing. Only exception to this is if you want to provide healing for your teamies. As an example, soothing water on cata goes from 7735 total heal with 0 HP, to a whopping 8905 for 1200 healing power points XD. So you can have a difference of 1170 heal on a 25 second cooldown for 1200 stat points, or you could have 1200 armour, or 12k hp, or 1.2k power. Kinda no brainer
