Maggie sure dies love her tub downs like my dog. My fig lives lying on the pavement outside when it’s cooler and on the floor in the house as well. We had bratwurst for dinner today. Glad Owen was ok from his fall. My dog dies that too checks to see if you are ok. It’s so cute when they do that. Great video! I missed it on how you cooked the sloppy Joe after you wrapped it up. It was an easy sloppy Joe fix, just ground beef and a can of manwich, then we added meat to a French roll and put provolone cheese on top. Wrapped it in tin foil and heated on the fire, really easy and on of Owen’s favorites.

I love the Roan and the state park being a born Tennessee girl. We miss going. Our van is in the shop from an accident and our summer has been at home. Got a lot done but ready to go to the Roan. We enjoy you all so much. You all are so much like us.

I use my home microwave all the time, and the one on my Travato K frequently. Convection is a bonus although I admit I use it infrequently.

Enjoyed your video, definitely a hold my beer moment when the chair moved by itself, lol !! Food looked good too. Maybe Lynn might like a Kalorik air fryer oven like I got. It's more than a air fryer, it's also a oven, toaster oven. Cooks great food. Hamburgers, best hot dogs, pork chops. I love cooking outside on a open fire or blackstone griddle, but for rainy days the kalorik is great.

Thats a really nice state park. Sites seemed spaced out and shady, the creek and trails are definitely a plus. Thanks for the tip on slicing the weenies and that sammich at the end looked delicious!! We have a microwave/convection in our Travato and love it Happy Trails 🐕

So glad you didn't hurt your back Owen, because that would have put a damper on your trip for sure. A microwave oven would be a great addition, and especially if it has convection too. I had a microwave/convection for many years and you can roast/bake in a much shorter time than in a regular oven. Super nice to have for long trips, especially if there's bad weather outside that keeps you from using grill, etc. Sweet Maggie looked so content; she's a happy, very loved fur-girl. On days when we have a real strenuous bike ride or hike using the microwave is so convenient , fast and easy. We love our trekking poles, helps me go much further with my aching knees. Helps with the climbs and feel more stable going down steep decline.

I have bought a bizzillion toster ovens and got tired of junk so I splurged worth every penny and then some . Between my insta pot and it I'm good 👍 😊

I have lots of memories at Roan Mtn State Park and its just 30 miles from my home in Johnson City. Next time your in Roan Mtn stop in at the Americano Steak house and Wine Bar and you will not be disappointed - awesome food! Safe travels

Got my EKKO at Bob Ledfords. They are good folks. While up there picking it up from the last recall I walk thru the new Sprinter EKKO. I personally like my Transit size better mainly from a maneuvering standpoint. The Sprinter EKKO is the size of the Navigon or View probably great for livability.

We bought Maggie’s backpack at LL Bean, it is called Kurgo. We were able to take her into the store so when we saw the backpack we were able to see if she would fit and she didn’t seem to mind it at the time.
