I think not necessary if you go for a full system exhaust since it has a oxygen sensor which most bike doesnt have

Sir any single modification even graphics are illegal in india .. exhausts are ment to be used only on track for racing purpose, these exhausts are not road legal officially but they produce less sound then any other exhaust
