Roaring Red Stags of the Rugged South

A stag surprised me in my garden this week. I was just having a wander round home and saw some hoofprints and had just determined they were from a deer - and then I heard it do that low roar barking noise 👀 It was very close 👀 so I took off indoors coz Id met one on a path before and a hind charged at me kicking up its front legs as high as my head as it was charging at me so I jumped behind a tree trunk and it carried on in its panic fleeing - they move so quick when they panic huh !! In the mountain zone here ❤
