FSSAI registration নেই এমন জায়গায় খাবেন না , সুস্থ থাকবেন । এই সব ছোট দোকানে যে চিকেন দিচ্ছে সেটা মরা মুরগি নয় তার কি guarantee আছে ? বাজারে জিনিসের যা আগুন দাম সেখানে কোনো ভাল রেস্তোরাঁ আপনাকে সস্তায় খাবার দেবে না কারণ তারা labour cost, electric bill , rent, gas bill সব কিছু মিটিয়ে তারপর নিজের দু পয়সা রাখতে পারে , সেক্ষেত্রে সস্তা দেবে কি করে।

@@MRRight007 They have zero infrastructure cost. Zero rent. No AC so no high electricity bill. No utensil cleaning charge. Only one labourer who is preparaing the food and no waiters so lot of saving on salary for those extra people. These savings will drastically bring down the cost of the food. There are many famous restaurants not only in kolkata but across India who are FSSAI registered but are least concerned about food quality. Just getting an FSSAI license doesn't mean the restaurant will serve you quality food. If you also open a food joint and try to get an FSSAI license you will realize how easy it is to get the license and there will not be any issue even if you don't maintain the standards prescribed by the FSSAI department guys. I stay in Bangalore and have seen many famous food joints who are FSSAI registered and maintain horrible cleaning and food standards.
