Roasted Wheat and Nuts, the Aroma Spreads Throughout the Village! Wheat dessert - Govut

Today we prepared Qovut, an ancient Azerbaijani sweet. Various Nuts and wheat are roasted and ground through a hand mill to prepare this sweet.
