28:00 these DUI enforcement techniques infuriate me. Police will ALWAYS flaim that they "smell a strong and distict odor of alcohol" and you will ALWAYS fail a static gaze test. Every time. The best bet even if you are stone cold sober, is to refuse to answer questions, take any tests, or consent to any searches. The police tasked with DUI enforcement are going to arrest you once they have pulled you over. Sober or not, they dont care and there are no consequences for them. If we want things to change, police who arrest sober drivers for DUI should be penalized. Heavily.

10:00 i got pulled over riding with my buddy with a 30 pack of beer under my legs on the passenger floorboard. Thankfully, this was before skinny jeans were a thing, so I just kept my legs over it and my jeans covered the box. Hindsight, it was obviously stupid to be drinking beer and riding around, but after that encounter, I looked into it. There is no state in the US where an open container of alcohol is legal. If the Nevada cops let that Montana driver go without the $700+ ticket for an open container, they did him/her a pretty significant solid.
