Hey Im Smol Fella (British WW1 Load Out Guy), thanks for show casing the kit in the video. To answer your questions you had in the video, regarding the magazine situation, inside the trigger guard there is a small lever/button that will release the magazine, which is infront of the trigger guard. Unfortunately, it doesnt run off stripper clips, which would be way more efficient if it did, so to combat that issue, I wear a period-correct bandolier, and I use them to hold my magazines. They can only hold about two mags, but then again, it is a bolt action rifle, so I am not using too much ammo in one game. As for your question about gameplay, there are no local historical airsoft groups/fields in my area (that i know of) so yes I am that one soldier from 1917 that is fighting in a modern conflict between kids in hoodies and r6/cod players. It is a challenge but it is a fun challenge, plus im not too concerned about my preformance, not that big of a deal to me. It is more of a "bring good vibes to the party" thing for me when it comes to airsoft. Again, thank you for show casing the kit, and I hope I answered your questions bossman. Also I do agree WW2 kits can be problematic, I specifically avoid doing those kits. I do not want a bunch of middle schoolers surrounding me saying the most unethical phrases one could think of because, it is really weird. (Life lesson kids, jokingly supporting and dressing up as the supporters and the perpetrators of genocide and ethnic cleansing will make people like you less, YOU WILL RUIN YOUR LIFE IF YOU DO)

Hazardous Environment Combat Unit, known as H.E.C.U are special units from the Marine Corp trained in close quarters combat (CQC) and neutralizing the hostile forces. Soldiers were equipped with a PCV vest, a plain ECH helmet with a M81 woodland cover, an urban camouflage uniform, knee pads, shoulder pads, an ALICE rig and backpack, an M50 gas mask or other American types. Some unite had an RPC vest and FAST helmet. Their weapons of choice were a Glock-17 or a Beretta M9, MP5, M16A4, M4, or a SPAS 12. On May 16, 2003, at 8:58 AM MST, Black Mesa personnel were testing a certain invention. When the antagonist Gordon Freeman brought the crystal to the electricity source, it blew up and caused a hole in our dimension and the Xen dimension. Mr. Freeman woke up and made his way through the facility. He found a crowbar and encountered a Headcrab zombies and other Xen creatures. Meanwhile, at the nearest American military facility, H.E.C.U personnel were sent to the facility with ground and airborne transportation. Their objective was to evacuate all Black Mesa personnel and eliminate all potential threats. Upon arrival, some personnel were not happy to see the H.E.C.U at their facility. Some security personnel treated them as hostiles while others and some scientists treated them with respect and gratitude. Most units were given very little information which ended up with them terminated personnel. (They weren't big fans of Freeman, and he wasn't a fan of them.) Just outside of Sector J, LZ Sparrow was overrun by Xen Grunt, Gonarch, and Headcrab. Soldiers were required to evacuate. A Grunt shot at a marine and his dead body was stuck in the gate. When the evacuation procedure was called, majority were left behind to fight. About 94% of the H.E.C.U operatives were brutally killed or finished off by the Xen. Some made it out alive with missing limbs. (You can watch the whole film on this platform.) im too lazy to explain more

smolfella here, the airsoft SMLE i displayed in the video uses 35 round detachable magazines, and ill be completely honest with you, in terms of performance they suck. yes they feed just fine but reloading is a struggle, and finding equipment to store them in is a struggle to. in the video you can see with a bandolier, which is how i have to store my mags. the problem with that how ever is that i can only hold two, thats why im gonna 3D print some speed loaders that look like stripper clips.

The Lee Enfield had a rare magazine fed varient They stopped production because the stripper clip reload was at the time more efficient than the mag reload
@andrewstickley66818 ай бұрын
The magazines were removable on all models, but they were difficult to produce (had to be hand fitted to the gun in the factory to be reliable) and did not offer an advantage over clips. Ammo came from the factory pre-loaded on clips, In bandoliers, a huge logistical advantage. And the clips were disposable, unlike magazines. Not very well versed in early Lee-Enfields but the early lee-Metfords were issued with spare magazines and did not have provisions for using clips. By the time the inconic SMLE was introduced, they had charging bridges for clips and were issued with only 1 magazine
