@@dazzly6109 the skin tone in her drawing was a brown, but if you compare it to the one she got from the prompt, the prompt was a lot darker. so it's not that it wasn't brown, it was the that it was much paler in comparison to the prompt. it sorta looks like if you just put a pale or light skinned person in shadow while the generated skin tone was a pretty dark color. for tips, if you are generating an oc, try to match the skin tone in the prompt, which was the main issue here. also if you want to draw darker skin tones and are unsure, you can also look for tutorials. i know that there are definitely a few on youtube that were good.

related to the screen tones hack, if you’re on the screen tone layer you can press the 3 dots on the very right in the layer setting and press “rasterize”. the screen tone layers are vectors and need to be rasterized before you can color it, which is also what merging down the screen tone layer with another layer does.
