Like that one that he called a “balding chicken” to be honest the scratchy hair and such looks amazing with her smoking, it helps to build personality and I really think it looks amazing how it is

i dont know if you guys have watched his other videos but as someone who has watched almost all his videos and is subcribed to his patreon, one of angel’s most helpful advice is to develop technique before finding your own style. When you make this type of illustrations no matter what style, the skills of the artists still shines through. Yes its a cartoon typa style but could have been executed better. Not to mention instead of looking eccentric, it ends up looking unpolished and unskillful. With the chicken hair too i can see with the placement of shading that the artist needs to relearn some techniques. The idea was great but could have been executed better and skillfully. Obviously art is interpreted differently by different people. But an artist’s skills and techniques are what defines their credibility.
