This was still one of the funniest plotlines I've seen over an episode of the big fat quiz.

Best episode! Rob should host one of these & Jimmy should be a guest 😂

They cut off the beginning of the "peer pressure" question so we don't know what it's about. That was a very funny bit and they axed it.

use a bit of deduction, not 2 minutes earlier Jimmy asked the Cameron and pig question

It's a hilariously chaotic bit, but I guess it was too antagonistic because we never saw Rob again on the show did we?

rob on his own is kind of like that, but when hosting is the total host, encouraging the humor of the panel .

May have been before or after this BFQ episode, but on WILTY when Jimmy was a guest on David's team, he was more vocal and 'team leader' like than David was but there was no Rob v Jimmy conflict then.

Both Jimmy Carr and Rob Brydon are very professional hosts; I get the feeling that if Jimmy really didn't want Rob to push that humorous thread he would have found a way to shut it down, quite possibly in a way that would have been very understated and not obvious at all to the audience. I know it's not always the case that comedians that appear to get along on screen are great friends and all that, it's part of their job to harmonize and be convivial pretty much no matter what, but in this case I feel like at the very least both are consummate professionals and the bit was entirely welcome on both parts because it enhanced the show greatly.

That's pretty unlikely, Rob always pushes back against hosts, and he isn't as frequent a panel guest because he also is a host. David Mitchell hasn't done Taskmaster, doesn't mean he and Greg had a falling out at some point.

My American TV is just so much crap recycled compared to some of the BBC's stuff... Fact of point, some of our best shows are copies of BBC shows, lol... I.E. "Ghosts"
