I was in my mid 20s when Rob and Big was on and it was a huge influence and motivator in my life as well. Rob is a special guy and is very easy to relate to which is why I think he has so much of an impact on people who follow his stuff. I have been told many times over the years by friends and acquaintances "you remind me of that rob dyrdek guy" which is one of the best compliments ever imo. Keep following this guys lessons... I am 41 years old now and a self made multi-millionaire with a dream life. Everything Rob talks about is accurate and true IF you put it into action. I follow his stuff to this day and will as long as he creates content. The man is the TRUTH.

I say the thing about your podcasts is when you analyze the msg it’s basic common sense advice explained in a very realistic logical mindstate. It’s no frills no bs. Yet we often over analyze or think of these concepts like time management and not see that if you create a strategic blueprint and have the discipline to follow it that’s all there is to it. Each step 1 at a time till you look back and see you walked a mile then 2 then 3 ect. And the efficiency and evolution of your step by step process to fully optimize your goals. That’s what I do daily to launch my fitness balance board brand. 1st of its kind. Transformed a foam roller into a full body training unit. When every brand turned me down and burned 3 yrs of my prized utility patent I fought 4 yrs to get I looked inside and said I’m gonna step up and be the hero I wanted. I’m not gonna let them win when the people keep asking me to deliver. When the demand is not being met you gotta be the answer and not rely on anyone. I would like an investor to launch it on a bigger scale but in the mean time every day goes by I could have made a sale and transformed a persons life for the better with the gift of health / wellness / rehab / fitness gains. I can’t let the industry win. I will win and everyone who buys my gear will be a winner as we did what they didn’t want me to achieve. I had to shift gears and never quit. Relentless do or dier attitude. Mark my words I won’t rest until every gym / PT office and more has my gear if I have to hit every gym in CA and then conquer the entire US. Time will make it happen if you know how to manage it in the most optimized way. Thanks 4 the inspo 🙌🏽

Rob is brilliant! He was able to successfully transition from Professional Skateboarding into becoming one of the most famous TV personalities and now into an ambitious entrepreneur/ teacher. It would be silly to not take his advice 💯

Waking up early is Hell on earth to me, but I totally agree with Rob. All successful people are early to bed & early to rise.

Solid advice. I'm still working on my time management which I feel constantly changes with my line of work and availability. It's time to reevaluate some things I have on my plate. Thanks

in other articles I have read that have spoken with Rob about this he says he is lights out between 9:30 and 10 pm when he is waking up between 4 - 4:30 am. It takes discipline for sure.

He said he was getting 7 hours of sleep, then went from waking up and 7am to waking up at 5am. So now he’s sleeping only 5 hours per night. That’s not sustainable

I was waking up at 230 to get to work by 4:am for 2 years 100 miles 1 way. How much money would it take you to be away that long from your first born child??? Every day!!! Fucking horrible the quality of life.😊
