He spent a day in the stands and thought this life ain't for me. It's hard for the great ones to retire , especially when you are nowhere near a decline. I'm convinced Kobe would have played 2-3 more years if he didn't tear his achilles , just an impossible injury to overcome in the later stages of a career. But Brady finished 2nd in mvp voting and had a record breaking season , so I knew he was coming back didn't expect it to be so soon , but the NFL is better with Brady in the narrative. Brady won't retire until he has nothing left in the tank , and after how the year finished with the Antonio Brown situation and the way they lost to the Rams I'd say there is unfinished business.

Bucs and Cowboys were the only 2 teams that averaged at least 30 ppg. Brady has lead teams that have scored over 500 points 5 times in his career(most all time). No other QB has done it more than once. He even broke the franchise record for wins, total points scored, ppg scored, and the td record, which he owned last year. He broke his own record again this year. He is also the highest graded QB by PFF this season. He had 5 game winning drives this season against the Cowboys, Patriots, Colts, Bills, and Jets!!! He also should've had 51 tds. 9 total drops in the endzone!(most in the NFL this past year including the postseason) Brady has also completed more passes, had more air distance, and more big time throws.(42 big time throws which lead the NFL). He was also a higher graded QB than Rodgers and had the best WAR(Wins Above Replacement)in the NFL again this past season. Brady had a 4-2 record in his division while throwing for 17 tds 3 ints. And since joining Tampa Bay, he has a 29-10 record and has thrown 68 tds and 0 ints in the redzone. No other QB has more than 35 tds in that same span. Brady accounted for over 80% of the team's offense on 60 td led drives this season(by far the most in the NFL). Brady at age 44 threw for well over 5k yards and 45 total tds with 13 wins(franchise record)(t-best record in the NFL with Green Bay) and the No. 2 seed in the NFC with all the injuries to his offense and defense this season, Covid, and a knucklehead diva wr whose apparently lost his damn mind!! Random fact: Tom Brady has a 29-10 record since joining Tampa. The Bucs have scored 30 or more points in 23/39 games. That's 59%. (That's the highest % in the league.) Amongst every QB to have 670+ pass attempts in the regular season, Tom Brady is the only QB to finish top 3 in Epa/play, DVOA, DYAR, and total QBR. Brady has the most completions on 15+ yard throws this season(75 completions). He finished with 36 completions on passes thrown 20+ yards downfield(most in the NFL). Tampa Bay also scored 3.5 points per game more than Green Bay(4 more if you don't count defensive tds), had more tds(rushing and passing individually and collectively), better red zone efficiency, better 3rd down conversion %, more first downs, more plays, and more yards per play. He was also voted the MVP by PFF, first team all pro by PFF, and 2nd team AP all pro. BRADY WAS YOUR MVP!! PERIOD!!
