I am a Muslim and My heart and sympathy goes to all those affected by this war in one way or another. The only solution is ceasefire now and start the peace talk. My history taught me people from different religious beliefs had live together in peace for century. This can happen to the Palestinians and the Jews in the Middle East. No man, woman or child should feel unsafe, unwanted, at risk etc in the U.K, regardless if race, religion or anything else. All citizens here should feel safe, fit in (regardless who you are). The U.K have to think about within the U.K whilst supporting anyone suffering here. We need to stand shoulder to shoulder with eachother and be there for those suffering, worrying about their relatives, close friends etc. Ive waffled, but such a world as it is is terrifying. Perhaps your sentiments are sincere but for me , an Irish nationalist who grew up at the epicenter of the conflict in the north, there is , sadly, more than a hint of , conditioning, with many of the comments here . Frequently here we in the catholic demographic were subjected regularly to talk of what we knew as the three, R's , Revenge, Reprisals and the BBC's very favourite Retaliation, these were used as an instrument of attrition on the nationalist population, deemed culpable for PIRA actions, or indeed often times in lieu of such, the unfortunate Palestinians are also to be accountable for a madness not of their making.

Why are Jewish youth in the UK allowed by UK law to train with IDF in Israel which practices killing of innocent Palestinian youth and Christian journalists? Dual loyalties should be questioned. British youth regardless of faith should only be allowed to join the British Armed Forces and not be allowed to become mercenaries overseas. Rob Rinder is Jewish and he said within this video that he doesn't like the fact that Palestinian children will get killed in the conflict. He is one of many Jews in various news outlets (the mainstream media you claim it never reaches) saying the same now, as with previous conflicts, that you could have found with a single Google search, but you have chosen not to do so. This video is about Jews being attacked *in the UK* because of what Israel *a foreign country* has done. (Actually, the assaults on Jews here happened before Israel had even responded to Hamas's attack, so essentially- in some cases explicitly- that meant praising terrorists.) If the above is your reaction after watching such a video, then you are part of the problem when he discussed the dangers of "whataboutism".

One cannot watch a mob energised by hatred and not be afraid. I'm not going to bring up the complicated history of this ongoing conflict but what troubles me is seeing people, affected by mass hysteria, many of whom have been welcomed into this country, behaving like this on its streets. I think our universities need a good shake up as well. It wasn't long ago that Kathleen Stock was victimised and lost her job at The University of Sussex for making a statement re the natural physical properties of gender.

In 1988, via my service in Beirut - I found myself being taken-in for safety, by a Lebanese family. Before bed, I took part in something which still lives in my heart today (why I'm offering this) Prayers said, not in fear, not in desperation... but in gratitude - including the reality of the possibility of not waking-up in the morning, (because a missile had killed all, some) So, stop with the sickening "poor jews" propaganda.
