I think 24 hours rehydration time difference in Perth could actually help Adesanya to win against Dricus. Its usually 36 hours rehydration time everywhere in USA, Abu Dhabi or even in Sydney, but Perth has different rules. Less rehydration time = advantage for the fighter who cut less weight. Since Dricus cut more weight than Adesanya, Dricus might get tired earlier in the last 2 rounds.

Its so annoying, to this day, people will still make the excuse of being "too active" for izzy. Even if you're not taking away from Strickland, Izzy CHOSE to fight. Izzy called out Strickland when it looked like he wasnt gonna fight Izzy on short notice. So Izzy basically BEGGED for that fight to happen. Quit making the "being active" excuse for Izzy, he made that fight happen and he lost! Make the man accountable for his own actions, sheesh.

DDP has the power, Sean doesn’t. Hence why Sean pressured Izzy with thousands of shots but couldn’t put him away sooner. To answer your question about Christmas food, yeah I think prawns are an Australian thing, I’m Canadian and we normally do turkey, ham, and stuffing for Christmas but hell I love prawns so that sounds like an awesome Christmas meal to me. As for questions, same as last week to be honest: 1). For both Rob and Jonny, have either of yall played the monster hunter games and if so which is your favorite weapon to use and monster to hunt. 2). For Rob, within your strength and conditioning training are there any weight lifting or cardio exercises you’d recommend that translate over well to benefitting MMA or help you in fighting. I’ve picked up MMA recently and I’d love to implement some more specialty exercises into my time in the weight room that will help me in my other training. Cheers boys thanks for another good bit of entertainment, and I’ll see y’all next week.

The mental aspect of the fight between ddp § adesanya is exceptionally deep. adesanya had a lay off after a loss, he's not champ anymore, he does not like Dricus at all, there's the "african blablah', it's a also a fight for the belt.. ( a 3rd ufc belt) he has multiple reasons to be extra motivated and prepared. We are probably going to see the most lethal adesanya we ever saw and you can be sure he and his team have a smart plan to outstrike and ko ddp. On the other hand, DDP is the current champ, he has a fighting spirit rooted in a whole nation, his hunger is off the charts, his kick boxing is efficient and he could maul adesanya on the ground. They have different weapons, different physical advantages, different styles, different xtra reasons to be motivated, but in the end this fight is an historical crossroad, a violent encounter between 2 killers at different stages of their career, in a situation where none of them can accept anything else than a win. This fight is going to be fire, and I agree with Rob, it's a complete 50/50. (I am rooting for ddp and a while back I was seeing him winning it, these last days I fear a bit a kind of "adesanya 2.0") NB: If Robert Whittaker enter his next fights in the same mental position as he was vs aliskerov (§ costa), no one can beat him. A truly motivated rob is an unstoppable beast.

Everyone forgets that Izzy did not have a camp to train for strickland it was a last-minute decision for strickland to fight. Rob def deserves the title shot. Man that dude is a killer. Also question for next time hopefully, Rob, who is your idol whether it be gaming, fighting, anything? And the same to you Jonny! What is your passion? Computers? Finances?
