Crazy build brother!! I love it! I'm running a very similar build but mine is a full life version LOL. Its nuts. Done tier 100s on easy mode on HC. I've got a quick question tho... like the damage that you're takin' to your mana pool... does it reflect the DR while injured is that why you stay at low life? You should try it at full life... I tanked a 154 butcher last night it was crazy.

This is so "SICK" 🙂 I had my first solo tries on Duriel last night. And guess what? Melted heart of Seliq dropped after 8 runs. And thats what I had mats for as a I am a very casual player. So I guess RNG was nice to me yesterday. Alrdy tried out your first build and its like melting through NMD tier 100 like its warm butter :p I also got Godslayer crown, Tibaults will, Flickerstep X`alas corroded signet and Soulbrand. I will for sure tweak it even more like you did here. Thx for the awesome update.

pretty sure the on hit modifiers make you technically "take damage" even if its getting eaten by the amulet. so the regen after not taking dmg for 2 secs has to reset randomly

Great video, and solid guide dude, I'm keen to try it out as soon as I find Aspect of Concentration, but I seem to be missing something... You have 3/3 Conjuration Mastery, but no conjuration skills, is there some other mechanic at play that I'm not seeing ? Also, you have chain lighning in one enchantment slot, but it is not in the skill tree in your build page, nor do you have any mention of core skill + bonus on any gear in teh same guide.... so where is the chain lighning coming from ?

what do you think about full life with Andariels and aspect that give up to 40 resorce for every 25% you heal. the more dmg you do you get more lifesteal that gives more mana. like to see how that scales in Zir. then you can also skip posion vamp power and get one more for even higher dmg. might not be better but might be an option dependent on what or even if people got diffrent luck on Duriel

I think you would be full life all the time so you wouldn’t be healing, thus no mana regen.

@@waltercarbajal7779 I don’t think so. Life gained above 100% doesn’t count towards healing. I do think, however, dropping chain lightning off enchantment could be good in replace for flame wall, with the 35% regen node. If you are going for a min max regen build. Just need that melted heart lol!

@@joeljamar9496 im not sure what he did but you probably gonna replace all your boards and use 1 glyph less now and after your standard board you attach enchanment with the glyph down right and buy all the stats and put it there you can find a guide on maxwell zeus mage

@Rob2628 you get more mana as you have extra %mana generation on rings as I saw. Probably in few other places. Mana generation % increases all mana you get, also the one from "regeneration"

Thnx rob for the great build! Not sure if you tried but im liking the elementalist aspect on the wpn for +40% crit chance since usually above 100 mana. Feels like it makes up for some of the dmg loss. Also im liking accursed touch over metamorph just for QoL of applying vuln. Any argument to use metamorph instead?

AoZ is a dps check (a BIG one at that), not a tanking contest. In high tier AoZ, the timer is the most dangerous enemy. Thus, selig builds will feel good up to AoZ 15 at most, then fall off hard.

rob idk how you feel about the movement speed on the boots but i took it off and we still move pretty fast due to how quickly we get telport and evade back i also have evade boots that grant move speed after evade , teleport then evade then repeat its quite fast

I think the point of low life is to use the legendary aspect that gives massive damage reduction and the vampiric power resilience. Both controbute highly to reduce the damage taken, and the damage reduction is calculated before removing mana from your mana pool when you take damage. So i guess, if you dont reduce enough the amount of damage you take, the mana consumption per hot will be hogher than the mana regen (but i could be wrong)

the low life is to let the Resilience vampiric power shine. You gain 1% damage reduction for every 2% of life missing. That equates to almost 50% extra damage reduction on its own. But you can also stack the DR while Injured affix on your pants and boots, increasing that anymore. It just compounds the immortality and mitigates the amount of resource drained because the amount of damage being taken is lower.

I'm trying to build this one, but your skills and enchantment calls for skills you don't have on your skill tree. You have ice blades on your skill bar and on your enchantment it called for chain lightning which you don't have both on your on your skill tree inn D4 Builds

3x DR while injured will give u about 80% DR alone. I dont think u can get 100%DR since it is a factor of one, but u can get close to 99.99% with all other DRs + Resilience while low life. The melted amulet works differently but complements all the DR.

Rob, can u check mana regen without the selig amulet? I tried this without amulet as i dont have it, and i am not getting that much regen, the most i can get is about 45 mana per sec. This is with resource gen on 2 rings, focus, and banished lord amulet (for testing). I dont have shako either (so i lose 18% resource gen) but that alone cannot explain the difference. I am not sure how you get 170+ regen. Is it some interaction with the selig amulet specifically? I cant think of any other reason. I was hoping to do a barrier build to get high mana regen but i am not sure what is missing. For mana pool, i realised you are using elixir of resourcefulness (+50 resources). I will test with it next as it seems to be the only unknown variable, other than the amulet itself.

You're losing regen in the necklace... that's another 18%.. talisman doesn't really work for this build.. use a regular necklace. It socks that necklaces don't do mana generation only cost reduction. You may just have to keep grinding for selig.

My sorc might as well be immortal as long as you can tank t100s I think abbatoir becomes a dps check not increased survival check based on what I heard from wudijo but could be wrong - I did save a concentration 50% roll just in case for this exact synergy in case I needed - also like how you added warding glyph that’s pretty interesting 🤔 but yeah I don’t think we are going to need the extra defense but maybe some people need it if their reflexes aren’t as good - I run Uber staff on hadlequin on my build and disobedience on my amulet
