The " flat head" screws look more like countersink to me. Good work otherwise. Why nylon, isn't it way too flexible for plate parts?

Thanks! I see both names are in use. The black parts are actually nylon+glass fiber which is much stiffer. Nylon has great impact resistance. For thin parts such as the chassis even better than polycarbonate.
