Thanks! Well, no secret here. Just practice, practice, practice and most important - record yourself, play along drums, analyze what you do wrong. Most common issues for guitarists, even skilled ones, is to be ahead of drums. I can't really think about anything when I'm into playing. I can't distract myself from that. You mistake is probably that you think way too much. Just feel it!

Honestly there are some decent covers of songs on KZbin but you nailed this one better than anyone else I've seen/heard, tbh you play this smoother than AILD themselves (granted you're seated and aren't covered in sweat with an earpiece in, but still). I've seen them 7 times live to confirm this and heard Defender 3 times live in person. Keep up the good covers!!

This is really incredible man! I see guitarists on KZbin all the time that are very talented but can't record or mix something to save their life. You most definitely do not fit in that category. But for me its more about practicing the song to play it as 1 take, because I always play live, so I try to be as precise as I can, which needs practice, of course. Cheers!

Yes, I'm self-taught. It depends on a lot of things (talent, persistence etc.). If speaking about technique skills, then I think I made my biggest step in first 3-4 years of playing.
