Well I dont blame Jimmy if you own a historical home in England they come with extremely strict rules for taking care and maintenance. You gotta get permits you gotta hire medieval trained carpenters or roofers or whatever when its got to be repaired. You can get in trouble for damaging or modifying without permission. Havnt even watched the video but this dude should understand the responsibility on Jimmy's shoulders to own the home or anybody that owns the home.
