I watched the Knebworth concert a few months back and I was shocked by the sea of people who just wanted him to do well. Every single person was there to support him and absolutely nobody wanted to see him fail. It was the greatest concert in recent times. No mobile phones, people just enjoying the moment. There will NEVER be another concert like it.

When Robbie was in North America, trying to break into that market, I was privy to be invited to a private concert during a morning radio show in Toronto. I It was just him , band members in a room with less than 100 people in total. It was magical. He did, of course, prance down the with hid pants down😅 I found the documentary very disturbing, in that he was so unwell but at the end every time he smiled, I knew he was now OK. Made me cry.

Money, fame, record breaking career. But it must truly take a *lot* of work to do all that when you carry a lot of anxiety. And then having to be creative, and be a decent live performer. I don't begrudge him an ounce of his success. It's great to see him with a partner and kids ( I imagine he's a _fantastic_ dad ). Nobody's mental health is 100%, and most of us have periods when it's a million miles from 100%. We all struggle a bit to get by, no matter how successful we are, or how much material wealth we have. I'm really happy that Robbie and his former bandmates made peace. I hope he tours with them again. I hope his career lasts and lasts as he's one of those performers ( along with Take That and a few others ) that I really feel people of their age group have grown along side over the years. It was never all sunshine and roses in their story, and it hasn't been for any one of us.

I watched the Netflix documentary all in one evening and wow! I felt for Robbie during his career; being misunderstood, other peoples' jealousy of his success, the bullying from the British Press and his struggles with Mental Health and Addictions. Seeing other celebrities bitching about him and lashing out at his apparent lack of talent... Robbie may not be the greatest vocal artist but he has something those others don't possess; charisma. He is a born entertainer and his success tells his critics, all we need to know. I think that his cheeky chappie persona, hid a great deal of pain and self doubt. He has a loving Family and his humour has seen him through a great deal of angst. I empathise with this. Best Wishes, Robbie.

I have just finished watching the documentary, as someone that has always lived with clinical depression and anxiety my whole life there were points whilst watching that I needed a break but most of all I watched understanding the struggle. Documenting your own life story and reliving it is so brave and so powerful that I am in awe of his strength and tenacity and the realisation that our minds don't allow us to see and enjoy the reality of our own great moments at the time that they happen. Our mind and thoughts are our own worst enemy especially when self medicating to get through a moment, It has made me so so happy that Robbie made it through alive ❤ and now thrives being a dad and husband. A few years ago I watched his wife on Loose Woman and could see straight away what he saw in her, she is amazingly strong, supportive and has a great sense of humour, I would like to have seen more of her during the documentary.. They sure do make gorgeous babies together!! Sitting back watching has made me want to work on myself again to re learn how to only accept the beauty of my achievements, experiences and just being alive so I can give myself more credit for fighting and not giving up. If I could say one thing to Rob it would be, Thank you for being strong enough to share your battle, give yourself more credit and a pat on the back because you really do Rock! Sending you, Ayda and kids love, health and peace! Stay as you are..

I visited in 2001 (?) in Hannover his concert. Open air. It was the best concert ever and I have seen a few 🤣 The atmosphere was electric, it was a hot summer day and at the end of his concert we had strong wind; everyone was overheated because we danced like crazy. Robbie was telling stories in between and interacted with his audience. Thank you Robbie, it was the best concert ever.

After watching the documentary, it seems to me that the song Angels is not some sort of love song but a song about the angel of death and someone helping him out with the struggle of mental health. I could be wrong, but it makes sense to me.

Yeah I watch it. And i was supprised that robbie went through so much mental torment. That he listened to the press and not see all his fans that were there. He need his wife and children. Just finished the Netflix doc. It was so so so good! I forgot how incredibly talented Robbie truly is… he wasn’t as well known here in America but every time I saw him perform in the UK I loved him. I'm 44. After he left take that i really loved his music and somehow related to him because of his attitude and lyrics to the songs. I always thought the media were abhorrent towards him and that it is still true today with the horrible reviews his brilliant documentary got from The Guardian etc. People and the mainstream media can be really horrible and disgusting, but he's a diamond and is a far better soul than the scum that have nothing nice to say about him💎.

He was my preferred singer when I was younger, but then, all of a sudden, I didn't hear from him for about 20 years. Many things have been said over the years about his addictions, behavior, etc. When I watched the Netflix documentary, I felt very happy knowing he went through the dark years and is doing well with such a beautiful and supportive family. saw the doc.! Big Fan in Los Angeles! :) Really good doc, one of hte best I've ever seen in quality, and different approach. I think it should have been longer. But it could not have been better. I was turned on to Robbie Williams in the early 2000s..by a British boyfriend at the time. He gave me his album. It was so different . And such debth to the lyrics. I loved it...at my brothers funeral recently I sang ANGELS..... Robbie is my ideal songwriting and singer partner.

Since seeing this documentary I've gone back to listening to Robbie Williams and Take That like I haven't done in a long time and watching their old performances on KZbin. The Progress Tour, their lookdown concert, the Crooner Session, Gary and Robbie singing "Shame". Old memories that have never left me return. I'm as in love now as I was then. It's nice to see them finally happy and fulfilled in their lives and careers, and I hope to see them together again one day. But even if this doesn't happen I'm still happy for everything they gave me yesterday and still give me today. Thanks Robbie, Gary, Mark and Howard. I love you so much. Jason, I miss you so much, you are still in my heart and always will be.
