Yes, for future reference with that fire lighter just screw up 3 pieces of A4 paper (or a similar amount of newspaper etc) put it under the grill base the opposite side to the coals and light the paper. Simples

It's so good. I have no idea if it would work in a conventional oven but I don't see why not if you match the temperature. You might lose a bit of the smoky flavour, but it'll still be great. Give it a go!
