By far the best movie I've seen in 2025 and the best musical biopic I've ever seen. Damn near 10/10 and just a beatiful and technological achievement. Such a shame that this movie was commercially successful, but that does not mean that it was a failure as it was far from one. If it doesn't win Best VFX then the awards are rigged, and also why was it not nominated for best editing is beyond me, the film is gorgeous with such unique and creative editing and the transitions between scenes and musical numbers were seamless. I give this movie a 9.8/10 and wish for more people to experience in cinemas before it leaves.

I lay the lack of box office results at the feet at Paramount. This scene in itself proves what a special film this is. Paramount knew what they were getting into and I hope the people who are in the advertising and pr departments are on the unemployment line. This was more of a summer release film, not an "Oscar season" film where movies and the guilds take themselves way too seriously. I hope it will be re-released a little down the line because it deserves to be seen more than most of the tripe has been nominated for worthless awards.
