I remember when I was trying to get that information down and the reason why I am so hard with this is because this is not the first video that he has an error like this (Check out his leverage video). It shows me that he has not been rewatching the videos to put in annotations where he may have made an error, just uploading for the views and likes. I can't sit here being a newbie myself and have someone take such scant regard for errors that are big when it comes to trying to understanding the fundamentals of trading. Most newbies fail simply because they don't understand how the market works in general or in particular how the market relates to stock or currency pair they entering. Maybe I’m missing something here... I’m a new trader, practicing risk management. If i have a small (ie: $1000) acct and trade with leverage, sure this gives me more ordering power on margin. BUT, because my per-trade risk limit should be 1% of my actual balance, then using leverage will require me to severely tighten my stop loss in order to accommodate the risk proportionate to the larger order. This will drastically increase the probability of getting regularly stopped out, from having my order size so disproportionately larger than my cash balance. Can you confirm (or deny) this please? Nobody seems to talk about this, maybe because its not as sexy as the opportunity to blow up an account?

The first explanation is wrong Sir, if you tighting up $100as MGN , and you got 50:1 leverage thats $5000 and remember 1 micro lot is 1000 unit, and each micro lot worth 10cent..so remember how many time will 1000 unit go into 5000 that's 5 times ..
