Will Ferrell is an American actor, comedian, producer, writer, and businessman. He rose to fame as a cast member of Saturday Night Live before starring in some of the most successful big-screen comedy blockbusters such as Elf, Anchorman, Step Brothers, Blades of Glory and most recently Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga on Netflix.
Rob Brydon is best known for his work on The Trip, Gavin & Stacey and presenting the BBC One comedy panel show Would I Lie To You?

Anyhow, funny interview and I'm impressed how much Will was laughing being a comedian and all. His type of humour is an acquired taste but he has been funny in a lot of things. Great work Rob

This is brilliant. I’ve seen so many interviews with Will where the host is trying to get him to act up and be all zany. Rob’s interview here really delivers a great insight into his off screen side that I’ve not seen before

Totally! Jonathan Ross' interview with Ferrell was a bombscare. He wouldn't let Will be Will and kept trying to outshine him. Not even in the same league - enraged me! Can't watch Ross after that. Covid has done wonders exposing the cool, down to earth celebs over the pretentious, brittle divas. Am late to this channel but, hope it continues to blossom. Hope it never ends up on TV - much better here on the ol' YT

I wonder if the interviewer stipulates beforehand whether the interview will be real or whether the interviewee should just treat it as a bit. You've got the extremes like "Between Two Ferns" which is obviously well planned beforehand and interviews like this where it's obviously casual and mostly off the cuff
