Demri needs her table next job! Happy wife, happy life !!! And don't forget the squish factor when using those tyres as a guide to the rear frame. Once you back against something off-road, your tyres will compress, so that will bring the rear frame closer to the thing you are trying to back up! Also, off-road you'll be running low air pressure, so even more squish factor !

You don't have to notch the frame you need to put bump stops in at least an inch and half long, that will keep it from hitting the frame and keep the rearend from going to far and bending the four link rod at the same time.

Loved the card. I don't think you need to worry about the Bronc-Star flexing too much.Hillbilly is just too careful to ever put his vehicles into any dangerous situations...There wasn't a scratch in any of those dents that I could see.

I’d suggest adding some lattice metal behind the plate you added for the upper links. There will be a lot of stress on the upper links. The lattice will tie the inside plate to the outside metal of the frame.

My brother in law was running in a snow race this past weekend and the combination of vibrations and rocks managed to start his driver side link undoing itself. His wheelbase lengthened by a good 3 inches or so on one side. He started to feel it driving different and pulled off. Keep those jam Nuts tight!!!

Robby, you need to build Demri a Console table= a table designed to fit against a wall because now she needs to be consoled=to alleviate or lessen the grief, sorrow, or disappointment of; give solace or comfort: Then you can call it a consoled table. Did you do the links right? Put RH thread on one end and LH thread on the other. Then you can spin the rod and either shorten or lengthen it.

A lot of “push / pull” stress on those links. Don’t forget to drill opposing holes and plug weld into the link bungs.

a little measuring trick to get center to center is to hold far edge to close edge, It gives you the same distance but now a hard measurement point vs eyeballing

That's a good wheelbase. That's just a little longer than a stock jku. And we all move the front and rear axles out 2 or inches to get better approach angels so depending on ride height your golden.

yes hes said that a few times in passed videos. he has a full time painter, and lots of other employees Robby hired we don't see. If you watch the background you will see guys every now and then busy with the collision center.
