As much as I miss him, it's great to see Hillbilly letting others do the (many) things he used to do. Instead of leaving for days, he's staying home and spending the time he now has with his family. That's a good thing. Sure, I miss seeing him go to the various adventures, but he's got his priorities squared away.

I’m not an engine builder but, if you have a 2000 hp engine .why do you have to turn it at 7000 rpm to do a burnout. Seems like you could turn a safe 5000 rpm an still do a nice burnout. Some body tell me if I’m wrong.🇺🇸👍🤪

I think I remember Cleetus having the same problem, the headbolts stretched, letting water into the cylinder, hydrolocking her, which lead it to shreading a few engines. Basically too much water get into the cylinder and as the cylinder comes up, there is not enough room for the piston to complete teh cycle , thus the conn rod bends and takes out it's neughbor.

Robby needs to taste the Loctite rainbow. Red Loctite is good, but it is not for everything. The other common colors are Blue (my go-to), Green, and Purple. I don't like the red, because it is too hard to undo.

For a burnout engine, you over build it and tune for low power. If i had any guess on why the engine let loose, its probably a head gasket that let loose and the engine wanted to hydrolock but powered through it. Cant wait to see the next build for gigi.

Like I said before once the engine and tires get spinning fast enough you don't have to keep it floored. Half throttle will be enough because anything further than that is going to damage the engine

Good to get to see the engine pulled apart and what damage was done. Just guessing: Looks like something made the two pistons freeze in the cylinders and the crankshaft kept rotating which made the two piston rods pull the pistons apart? At the moment the connecting rods broke,
