Hmm... Somthing tells me that this horse is not ready to be forward. I think they are trying to train above the horse's comfortable level. Not their fault for not seeing it. That horse is disconnected in the trot, and relatively on the forehand. I believe that horse needs a lot of loose walking up and down hills. Then some trotting up hills. Just an opinion.

+Lauren Rose I think the horse had colic surgery or surgery of some kind. Im not 100% sure so somebody else might chime in.
