Almost everything in the forest is edible. They use the greens for their noodle soup I think, very healthky. Watching from Chicago.

Hi Robert What a lot of customers (many lovely ladies again, and a few gentlemen this time) descended on your stall even before you finished putting all the farm fresh produce out for sale. Your reputation has travelled fast. I guess the ladies who bought your produce the last time must have spread the word and come back for more. As you get so many customers all at once, I wonder if you have a queue system (like one in use in the UK) to maintain a bit of control. Otherwise you could do with a helper. I wait with trepidation the day when you take the chickens to the market. They are so lovely and healthy I am rather attached to them. However, I know you can't keep them forever! I have no doubt they will sell out quickly too when the time comes. Thank you for showing us the farmers' market. It is so full of life and exotic fruits and vegetables. This takes me back to the days when I used to visit similar markets in Malaysia.

Hello Robert! Another day in the city. U are already well known there, popular due to ur jungle produce n cheap price. I noticed ginger is the best seller followed by papaya tops n flowers n wild ginseng too. It's a pity that u have to walk vry far with heavy loads on ur back n taken advantage of by a few crafty women who simply walked away without paying u. Robert I don’t know if this is a good idea but I feel like it’s ok if you take the papaya and it’s a little green because it can still get ripe while sitting on the counter like bananas you can get them when they are kinda green and they will turn yellow and get ripe over time

A kg of ginger is a mere US 40c? It's cheaper than dirt. We're paying $1.50 - $2.5 a pound here in the US. 1kg = 2.2 pounds. Everything seems to be inexpensive in Vietnam. BTW, your business is going so well selling jungle products and your farm products, Robert. I'm happy for you.
