I cry Everytime. I was 14 when Steve died. I was on my way to school on the bus there, and I saw a notification on my itouch and it was Instant tears. I had to go home early from school and so did many others. It was hell for us all. I could only imagine how it was for his family.

Steve and Terri must have taught this young lad right! So respectful of nature, just like his dad. Every time I see Steve on TV, or online, I can't help but tear up. I absolutely adored watching The Crocodile Hunter as a kid, and his was the first celebrity passing that I really understood. Still so sad to have seem him go so early on in life.

Robert has a wonderful ability to share what he is feeling, mostly happiness and boundless enthusiasm, but contrast that with Robert's compassion and sadness for Classic Kenny at 5:54 I felt that too. I generally shy away from saying oh he's just like his dad. For me it takes away from the hard work Robert does to develop his own skills and abilities, but at 1:04 he just is Steve, a little bit of a bad landing and no thought he just keeps going, that is Steve. You've always heard Steve and Terry say they would feed their animals anything they wouldn't eat themselves but it takes Robert at 1:14 to demonstrate talking while chewing on a carrot and all. Robert Irwin, a wonderful, happy, enthusiastic big kid, with occasional flashes of the courageous, compassionate, enthusiastic man he is sure to become showing thru.

Visiting Australia Zoo was on my bucket list. After thinking about it for a bit my husband and I decided Australia was where we were heading for our honeymoon. We were so honored to have gotten the opportunity to meet with Robert, Bindi and Terri. The knowledge they spread about all animals is amazing. The Irwin family as well as the zoo keepers are so smart and loving people. The television just doesn't do justice ya'll. Robert is a ridiculously spiting image of his courageous father. Bindi is absolutely adorable and they both are so intelligent and loving as well as their momma Terri. Robert couldn't be anymore like his daddy, really he couldn't. As long as Robert is living Steve will always be alive... Oh and the families home is literally right in the middle of Australia Zoo. Lol... The Crocodile Hunter is smiling down and so very proud of them all...

Robert Irwin is the cutest little boy in this and now becoming a wonderful adult. It is not easy to walk and talk at same time on cam, have charisma, engage with audience, memorize script and be mindful of camera angles. He is a natural in front of the camera and was a pro from the beginning, from what I’ve seen of an even older video of Robert as a toddler with one of his friends. He was born to do this and is a credit to his father and mother. He is so like his father yet he is absolutely his own person and I think the leader of the family and of the zoo. Well done, Robert. Carry on.
