My only issue.....Seals are no longer secretive about mission details. And that takes away the curiosity of how they operate. The difference between a SEAL and ARMY DELTA........Delta doesn't give away info on TV and books. But I still love'em!

regarding the intel thing... number of room, number of people etc... when entering the Bin Laden compound one of the breaching teams discovered that the door in the outside wall they had been assigned was in fact a false door with no access from there - had they planned the entire mission entry around that door they could have been fucked. Small errors becomes larger mistakes - mistakes tend to escalate into accidents and people die.

Dude, they have 200 plans with 200 back up plans for each...this is a tier one unit, they do not take chances on one breach not working. Also, a bird went down on this operation, that wasn't a part of the plan either, they adapted, they prepared for that exact situation.. had the bird not gone down, rob would have fast roped onto the roof and they wouldn't have even needed to breach that gate. Also there was 3 other entry gates including the one they drove their car through so there was other ways to enter. Everything is planned to the 10th power.

@@marcusward1678 Apparently you haven't been in a command position in the military because the first thing they teach us NCO's and officers that no plan we make survives contact with the enemy and a leader shouldn't make a plan but rather make contingency planning. And again you're wrong, even a tier one unit puts all their eggs in one basket as we saw when shortly after the attack 2/3's of SEAL team 6 on that deployment got killed when ONE helicopter got shot down. Also they didn't have a car with them at the raid! They flew in. Have a nice life.

iPANZERSCHRECKu also the reason extortion 17 got shot down was because they weren't 160th pilots. That's just a fact. They don't fly the same way as 160th does. Eddie Penney said that, Sean evangelista said it too. They both said you don't control when you get spun up. The rangers were getting smoked on target so they got spun up and those pilots flew low and slow on the same route they took earlier that night. All highly irregular things JSOC would never do but they didn't have their normal pilots and this wasn't a meticulously planned mission. Do me a favor and stfu. You're the dumbest person I've ever encountered on this type of video.

I'm sure Robert O'Neil Killed someone, but it wasn't Osama Bin Laden, most likely a body double. Why is that the US never released any images of Osama Bin Laden postmortem?
